ICB language trainer Philip Thiel recently completed a two-week volunteer mission sponsored by ICB to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, at the Centre for Information Systems Training where he provided feedback on their English training program and offered ideas and encouragement upon how to improve their practices based upon ICB methods.
