ICB language trainer Philip Thiel recently completed a two-week volunteer mission sponsored by ICB to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, at the Centre for Information Systems Training where he provided feedback on their English training program and offered ideas and encouragement upon how to improve their practices based upon ICB methods. Manager

Present at each stage of the ICB group management, Eric Wrobley’s policy is one of rigorous quality control underpinned by a constant quest for efficiency. Both businessman and former trainer with a background including an American business school followed by literary studies, Eric Wrobley’s cursus allows him to associate his pedagogical knowledge and experience with professionalism in the administration of his team.

Pedagogical Manager

Michael Kenny and his team ensure the quality and smooth functioning of our English courses thanks to the following:

  • Elaboration of a training strategy and implication of the trainer,
  • Elaboration of level assessments, progress tests and pedagogical material,
  • Recruitment and initial training of new trainers in the ICB group « communicative » method,
  • Implementing continuous training workshops for trainers,
  • Pedagogical engineering at the request of clients,
  • Gathering input as to participant satisfaction and adjusting methods and means where necessary.

Marketing and Sales Manager

Pamela Balagué and her team are in charge of commercial and pedagogical communication with our clients and prospects as well as other more varied projects:

  • Interaction with existing clients in order to determine their needs with regards to training, and to propose suitable solutions,
  • Elaboration and updating of the ICB group training catalogue,
  • Commercial development of ICB group,
  • Development of sponsorship,
  • Management of quality certification and professional federation membership.

Administrative Manager

Messad Yahoui, an ICB Europe employee since its creation, and her team of client managers centralizes all the administrative communication between ICB and our clients at every stage of our courses:

  • Organisation of level tests,
  • Preparation of training contracts,
  • Dispatch of pedagogical material,
  • Management of trainers’ timetables,
  • Invoicing and adminstrative reports for the clients.
