The chosen mission of the ICB Europe and ICB group is to help our participants to succeed in communicating with English speakers in a competitive international environment. This mission would not be possible without the presence of qualified and wholly dedicated trainers within our group.
Our trainers are all English mother tongue and contribute the added value of cultural diversity thanks to their different origins; Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Britain and the United States.
Before joining our team, trainers have acquired a wealth of professional experience in a variety of sectors and some have become specialists in areas such as finance, public relations, graphic art, corporate strategy and development, technology, management, anglo-saxon media, international law, education…
Each new trainer follows the internal “communicative” method training program and learns to apply this method to the different types of courses:
Following this initial training program, our trainers are able to fine-tune their pedagogical methods through a series of workshops.
