ICB language trainer Philip Thiel recently completed a two-week volunteer mission sponsored by ICB to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, at the Centre for Information Systems Training where he provided feedback on their English training program and offered ideas and encouragement upon how to improve their practices based upon ICB methods.     • Implication of the trainer in the creation of the program
  • Interview with the participant after 5 hours of training
    • Questionnaire on participant’s appreciation of the course
    • Intervention of the pedagogical manager where necessary
    • Fine-tuning or modification of the program where necessary
  • Final level test
    • The trainer either creates a personalized final test or
    • The participant takes a second version of the « entry test »
  • Final evaluation
    • Questionnaire on participant’s overall appreciation of the course
    • Pedagogical report at the end of the course
  • ICB Group diploma attributed
  • Advice and orientation for future training
    • Review of objectives and needs
